click hereHolly joined the Company in 2018 and, having lived in Worthing all her life, brings a huge amount of local knowledge to the team. She has previously had a range of interesting jobs, from working in Worthing’s beloved Dome Cinema, to scaring people as a performer in Tulley’s Farm’s “Shocktober Fest”.
Holly has a range of roles in the Company, from carrying out viewings negotiating sales, and – ultimately – learning how to value properties in her own right.
Holly also manages the Company’s social media, and is responsible for growing its profile both online, and amongst the public at large. She is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to showcase our property portfolio, to ensure it reaches the widest possible audience and makes the biggest impact possible.

Greg’s lived in Worthing all his life, and knows the town and its surrounding areas like the back of his hand. He joined the Company in early 2014 as the Operations Manager, which means he has an overarching role within the business, keeping his eye on a little bit of everything such as general office management, legal compliance, staff recruitment and training, and ongoing business development. However he also gets involved in carrying out viewings, negotiating sales, and valuing properties alongside the rest of the team.
Prior to joining he spent many years working as an Associate Chartered Legal Executive (presently non-practicing), most recently as a legal manager for a large London council. His background in law has helped him develop excellent relations with the many solicitors and conveyancers the Company deals with on a daily basis, and has enabled him to impart a strong understanding of contract, land, and conveyancing law across the team, which really gives the Company’s sales progression the edge over its competitors.

John founded the Company in 2007, and is a firm believer in “leading from the front”, rather than simply managing his team from behind a desk. This means that – whilst he is ultimately in charge of managing the Company – he is still very much involved in the day-to-day valuing of properties, carrying out viewings, and negotiating on behalf of clients.
John’s long experience in leadership has been accrued across several decades and within many different fields, including retail, HR, and people management. He founded the Company out of a strong desire to change the often negative perception of the industry, and has worked hard to create a Company which is founded on a fantastically strong reputation for honesty, integrity, and excellent client care.
John has lived and worked in Worthing for over forty years, and is hugely fond of his home town. His experience, and the wealth of knowledge he brings to the Team are invaluable.

Getting an offer on your property is only the beginning. Once the conveyancing process gets underway the real hard work begins. Fortunately, our in-house legal expertise means we’re expertly placed to navigate you through the legal maze.
From the outset, we’ll discuss your target moving date, and then work closely with your solicitor to meet it.
We understand that the process can be overwhelming, so we’re here if you need assistance completing paperwork, getting documents certified or witnessed, or having complex legal scenarios explained to you in a language you can understand.
We’ll liaise with the other solicitors and agents involved in your chain and keep the process moving forward, so we can get contracts exchanged as quickly as possible. We’ll also update you so you’ll always know what’s going on.
We’ll make sure our whole team will have seen your property, so any one of us will be able to talk confidently and knowledgably about it to potential buyers.
We’ll talk potential buyers through the local area before we ever set foot inside. They’ll learn about nearby schools, shops, bars, restaurants, and transport links, getting them fully acquainted with the lifestyle associated with the area.
Once the viewing’s over, you’ll get honest and comprehensive feedback, letting you know your viewer’s thoughts, and your realistic prospects of an offer.
If an offer is made, we’ll carry out comprehensive checks on your prospective buyer to ensure they have the necessary funds, buyers, or mortgage in place so that you can make a fully informed decision.
We take the time to get to know our clients and what they’re looking for, which means we’ll already be pairing you up with potential buyers from the first moment we see your property. In addition, within hours of instruction, your property will have been brought to the attention of thousands of potential buyers via –
• Telephone
• Email
• SMS text messaging
• Post
And if you’re selling a property with development potential, or which could command a rental income, we also have a large client base of developers and buy-to-let investors that will want to know about it.
Your property will appear on all four of the largest online portals…
…and we’ll also advertise your property on the following sites, guaranteeing it to be brought before an audience of millions:
Because we’ll be marketing your property nationally, we’ll bring it to the attention of those crucial London and Brighton buyers moving into the area, helping you to achieve the best possible price.
We’ll also take full advantage of current social media trends to ensure that your property has maximum exposure online, reaching an additional (and potentially far wider) audience of active buyers than via the traditional online property portal route.
We know that first impressions count, so when marketing your home it’s essential that it’s presented in the best possible light.
We work closely with professional real estate photographers who provide us with beautiful hi-res images of your property to show it off in the manner it deserves.
We’ll also create detailed floorplans of your home, and provide you with an up-to-date Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
We’ll craft a detailed description of your property room by room, highlighting its best features to potential buyers.
Our stylish e-brochures are posted across our social media pages, so they’ll reach an additional audience to those simply searching via online property portals.
